Service dates and times are subject to photographer availability and venue access. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate preferred scheduling but cannot guarantee specific time slots without confirmed booking.
5. Pricing and Payment Terms
5.1 Pricing Structure
All prices are clearly stated and include applicable taxes unless otherwise specified. Pricing may vary based on:
- Service type and duration
- Location and travel requirements
- Customization and special requests
- Seasonal demand and availability
5.2 Payment Methods and Schedule
We accept the following secure payment methods:

- Rights specified in individual service agreements
7.3 Restrictions
Without additional licensing agreements, clients may not:
- Use images for commercial purposes
- Sell, license, or distribute images to third parties
- Alter images without permission
- Remove watermarks or copyright notices
8. Client Responsibilities and Conduct
8.1 Client Obligations
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information and requirements
- Being punctual for scheduled sessions
- Securing necessary permits and permissions
- Ensuring appropriate attire and preparation
- Maintaining respectful behavior toward our team
8.2 Prohibited Conduct
Clients must not:
- Request content that violates laws or policies
- Engage in harassment or discriminatory behavior
- Use services for illegal activities
- Interfere with our equipment or operations

10. Quality Assurance and Delivery

We maintain professional quality standards for all deliverables. However, artistic interpretation is subjective, and we cannot guarantee that all images will meet individual aesthetic preferences.
10.2 Delivery Timeline
Standard delivery timelines:
- Digital Gallery: 2-4 weeks after session
- Custom Albums: 4-8 weeks after approval
- Rush Orders: Additional fees apply for expedited delivery
11. Limitation of Liability
11.1 General Limitations
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- PixScrap's total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service
- We exclude liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
- We are not liable for lost profits, data loss, or business interruption
